Delivery, Returns & Cancellations
We ship our parcels using Royal Mail and aim to deliver to UK addresses within 2-3 working days. For Europe, delivery will be between 5-7 working days and United States delivery will be between 7-10 working days.
Very rarely, unavoidable factors such as strikes or bad weather may hinder the delivery of your hamper or card. Should this be the case we wouldn't want you worrying so will drop you an email to let you know.
If you are using the free delivery service to the Liverpool Women's Hospital please use code: LPWH at checkout.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason and wish to return it, drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt. We will provide you with a returns number and further instructions on returning your parcel. Unless faulty, incorrect or damaged, you will need to cover the cost of the return postage.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, cookies or confectionary cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that come into close contact with the skin or personal care items for hygiene reasons.
If you wish to cancel your order please notify us by email at email@example.com before 5pm on the day of ordering. If your parcel has already been dispatched, you can still cancel within 7 days of placing the order. We will issue a full refund within 7 days of receiving your returned parcel however, you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods.
